Well over 3k hits, 452 HRs, career OPS of .841, and had one bat shite insane statistical season, 1970.

I’ve heard all my life how great Clemente’s arm was, but I can’t imagine it being better than Larry Walker’s. I take all pre-1970s sports journalism with a heaping grain of salt. Clemente was certainly great, but I can’t dismiss Walker out of hand. That dude had an insane gun.

The only reason maz is in the HOF is because of his glove and his famous HR against the yankees. His bat was pretty terrible and he was inducted by the veteran's committee 30 years after he retired
his "insane" statistical season of 1970? the one where he hit .229 with an OPS of .607. WHAT A MONSTER!!!!

I know. One of my favorite players of the 90s.
I loved that 94 Expo team too.

Yeah, Mazeroski is a must. He's like the only defense only guy in the hall.

He's pretty amazing, to this day.

Vlad was the best a taking bad angles on balls that rolled to the track and then gunning guys out trying to stretch a single into a triple.
Also, Vlad wears Barfield pajamas in that category.

With regard to Vlad, the strongest arm doesn't mean the best arm. Give me Larry Walker & Dwight Evans they were accurate.
Dave Parker couldn't cover the ground most of the OFs on the list could.

Edmonds was the best at jumping on balls late so he could make spectacular looking diving catches. It's one of the main reasons he gets so much pub as a great fielder.
And by comparison, helping to make Andruw Jones look like a lazy pos because he'd get a great initial jump and glide over to make the catches look routine

Yeah, he must think you are talking about Yas.

I thought you were better than that, man.

Torii Hunter belongs on this list

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you misspelled the name of a more legitimate candidate
