Clemente was the best defensive OF of all time. His arm was incredible.

His #21 should be retired throughout baseball due to him being one of the first Latin players the game saw, his great humanitarian actions off the field, and his tragic death.

I agree with most of your list, but only one catcher in your top 10?

Maz is in the Hall solely due to his glove and homerun against the Yankees.

Sandberg's 123 straight games without an error was pretty impressive.

Aside from the forementioned, Bench & IRod.
I would go with Tony Pena & Yadier Molina, before for him at the position.

Break it by position. You know what... I'm going with the all underrated defensive team. We all know Ozzie Smith. All of these guys have a legit argument for best at their position ever, but don't quite get the hype.

C - Jim Sundberg
1B - John Olerud
2B - Willie Randolph
SS - Mark Belanger (though Cal Ripken is criminally underrated defensively)
3B - Clete Boyer
LF - Barry Bonds
CF - Paul Blair
RF - Larry Walker

Difficult to give old timers their due. Guys like Marty Marion and Joe Jackson are legendary in terms of verbal/written history. What about Cool Papa Bell?

Also Luis Aparicio, Nellie Fox, Roy Campanella, Mickey Mantle... almost have to break this bad boy into eras.
