Cheers to you good sir.

I'll suggest Buy vs Lease and Options Trading. Maybe something on Home Buying/Land/Construction Loans.

Good job BB88

2 topics to consider adding:

Credit score improvement - this comes up pretty often... "made a bad payment once, how do i fix my credit?" type threads. Maybe try to find a thread or 2 and add those

Insurance - this one is a little touchy but life insurance comes up a lot on this board. I know there are a lot of differing opinions (and strong ones at that) but maybe someone can write a small guide that just gives a few basic thoughts and a breakdown of what things are.

Also, a few websites that might be helpful for people. Feel free to include or ignore any of these:
Mint.com - budgeting site
creditkarma.com - free credit score approximation
nerdwallet - for CC decisions
slickdeals - coupons and cheap stuff every day

Thanks KP816. nice resources.

ETA to all: I went over the 7,900 character limit so I cut as much as I could. Won't be able to add anything else at the moment, but I think we've got a good start.

I had NO room to add another category so it's under Precious Metals with COIN in caps.
Thanks for the contribution
