I’ve been saying this for months now. It’s just too volatile of a stock for long-term investing.
Paul this is your chance to get back in and stop getting shite from all of us.

Looking at 12/28 $400 options. Am I an idiot for thinking of buying shares just to sell these at $73?

47% downside protection(assuming complete wipe) and capped 3x upside?

Now is the time to get in because the closer we get to August 5th the more likely it is to make another major jump.

This IMHO was the setup for the $775 million in debt refinancing.

It’s called convertible arbitrage and the reason short interest looks high.

Put in a stop loss order at $143.50. If it executes, I will be down $500 on NBIS, but up $1,000 from OUST. So a worst case for me is out of both, but up $500 (before taxes).

Market has been raping my main portfolio lately though.

I just put a large order in at $155 and will pull back out around $220 next week.

How do you see this going from here? How relentless can they be. That seems pretty cold and calculated but after listening to that old interview with cramer manipulating stocks in his hedge fund i shouldnt be surprised. Is the company ie NBiS usually complicit and thus the insider selling?

Actually, the earnings report is now August 12. Originally the date for their Earning Report was 8/5.

Are all the experts confident in $220 by next week or just Mr LSU?

I don't understand this. This is a great stock for long term investing. It is very risky for short term investing. Don't get me wrong, it can be very profitable short term, too, but hold it for 2 years and it will be a great investment. How much would you be up if you hadn't sold at $30? five hundred percent? Yeah, and that's AFTER it dropped by 50%...

Let's say you buy some shares right now, and hold on to them. Put a limit order in to sell it at 100% profit. How soon do you think it will take to get to 100% profit? My guess is that you'll hit your limit sometime in 2026. My next question is, how soon will it take to get to 200% profit? 300%?

I bet it is a lot sooner than those slow and steady stocks you prefer...

Anyone saying definitively is a fool brotha. But with some time I like the stock.

Good luck to those trying to time this.
