This will be the beginning of bringing Putin and Z back to the table and getting a good peace deal. Both sides need to have much more to lose than to gain by continuing. Trump takes back Z’s funding and weapons, and Trump takes Russia’s revenue to fund the war. Both sides will beg for peace soon

The Trudeau and Biden administrations were more worried about carbon emissions.
Which didn't make much sense when Europe ended up using more coal. It was also foolish because an increase in Canadian and American supply would have done significant damage to the Russian economy (because of their reliance on selling hydrocarbons for revenue). If the goal was to punish and deter for the Ukraine invasion they made terrible choices
It was just a case of short term ideology destroying rational energy and economic policies

Pretty sure some countries over there were already buying LNG from us.
