If the current transcript of the FBI wiretap recordings is not enough proof that Wade is a cheater then there will never be sufficient evidence of any kind to convince you he is a cheater.

if the quotes from the transcript released are the worst of the recordings then it's way too vague to determine what "strong offer" means. Idk why they wouldn't release more damning quotes when in other tapes we heard money amounts and other impermissible benefits being offered.

That would be some shite if they had access to the entire tape and released what they did because that was the worst of it.

"clickbait" doesnt get people rightfully suspended

clikbait would have been teasing the story but not actually having the conversation transcript

The issue is that all we have are media reports of a conversation, not an official copy, recording or transcript of the conversation.

Incorrect media reports are what got Sean Miller suspended and then reinstated, after the inaccuracy was revealed.

If it can be proven that Wade cheated, then fire him. But no one should be suspended or fired over unsubstantiated leaks and snippets of conversations with no context.

Why would Wade need to discuss a scholarship offer with a guy that is not a registered sports agent, and who anyone in college basketball coaching knows is a bagman for sports apparel companies?

The NCAA has not proven nor investigated LSU or Will Wade

This is a quote from the JA and F King statement....
"we are closely coordinating with the NCAA with every step"
Do you think the NCAA is just writing all this down on posti-notes and sticking them on a fridge?
Look, the NCAA is investigating....bank on it.

I believe WW knows something more about what will come out later or why would he even say "Wait until all the evidence comes out before you judge" (paraphrasing). Why say anything if he didn't believe that?

The worst part of this ordeal is almost over for us. If there was anything damning, and I mean anything that would, 'shock' people somebody would have already printed it. Just how does pertinent information concerning an ongoing federal trial and FBI investigation get leaked to the media is beyond me. Even if the FBI was investigating Will Wade with a possible indictment forth coming there is no way they could ever try him in a court of law. He has been convicted and sentenced in the media and public eye. There is absolutely no way the FBI or courts could guarantee a fair trial. Not at this point. Maybe that's why nothing has been leaked concerning Louisville, NC State and Kansas. We have heard nothing on them, not yet, but it is coming. There is no evidence Wade did, 'business' with Dawkins and that is what the FBI is was looking for. These media and some of the public are ravenous dogs, hungry to feed off the wrong doings of others. And right now those dogs only have one bone to fight over. Soon as information against these 3 other schools is released the dogs won't be fighting over the Will Wade bone. They will be too busy being 'shocked' by what these other coaches have done.

Sounds like you are clueless as to who "they" are. It appears "they" are Dawkins defense attorneys. Their effort is to create as much collateral damage as they can. They are releasing select edits of what they claim are transcripts of the tapes to that end.

I really do look forward to seeing you be on the wrong side of things yet again.

That's a really great comment.

Pretty funny how that small snippet is the only part of the transcript we got

Of course, and zero context provided, nor the actual audio clip itself. They deliberately released what they did for maximum, damning impact.

We all thought the same thing with that transcript read at trial. We thought surely they would have put on something more if they had it. Then the bombshell dropped on Thursday which was much worse because it mentioned a player on our team. Someone’s obviously leaking information and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about what could be leaked next. Hopefully the next leak is about some other school/coach and we’re done.

So, the scholarship offer was tilted towards his mom?
