I've been posting this was most likely how Wade would finish the roster (with talented, experienced players btw) for weeks.
It's somehow next to impossible for most on the rant to piece shite together using clues (not necessarily you), but I think it's easy to figure out if you just pay attention and use common sense.

What if the NCAA said they would not allow those schools into the postseason tournaments.
There are a lot of avenues if the schools would collectively give the NCAA their balls back.

The entire judicial branch of government, at all levels, has become a joke. It is their doing… due to the wholesale lack of judicial restraint. It sucks. People are using that to get their way, including politicians. Once politicians realize that their power has been compromised, they will neuter the judiciary. It’s like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Sad.

Are you under the impression that another injunction couldn't be imposed by a judge for banned schools to remedy your "solution" you have for the NCAA in regard to excluding those schools from the tournament?
Specifically, which schools would be banned? List the criteria for exclusion.
You almost sound like you're rooting for the NCAA to stop this. Spoiler alert: THEY CAN'T.
A lot of us pine for the days when good ole State U formed intramural teams and competed with like minded schools, obeyed common sense rules, and had at it. Those days are long gone.
There ARE NO RULES (or very few) now, and until these "student athletes" are deemed professional with a collective bargaining agreement and all that entails, we have a HC and more importantly, an ADMINISTRATION that gives zero flucks and is capitalizing on the chaos.
The schools that have been winning big for decades have always adopted this philosophy and pissed all over these "rules", and it's high time we've gotten on board with it also.
Or we could continue to fall short of our true potential in the two major sports, like we have for decades.
Specifically, which schools would be banned? List the criteria for exclusion.

100% And when WW came along and tried to swim in their pool they were furious and not only tried to kick him out tried to ban him forever. But they didn't get the job done. I've posted about the hypocrisy and double standard on this 100 times and will 100 more. It's still going on with this stuff and they are still echoing their same hypocrisies, but it won't work this time.
Save the holier than though stuff. Good old boys and blue bloods got away with murder for decades and can't accept that they don't have that monopoly anymore. and they really can't accept it.

This is a federal judge. Not a local yokel. This ruling was expected and will probably be final.
This affects all sports. Wade definitely was ahead of the game in this but it could help all sports. Including football should there be a DB out there somewhere or another edge rusher.

Geaux Coach Wade. I believe you are the answer that LSU needs hoping that you will remain at LSU until you retire after winning multiple championships.

This has been a long drawn out boring process with no real excitement since wade came back to LSU…he better get it right
