His “facts” are his twisted narratives about Wade in general and McMahon’s failures. None are facts, they’re all just his insane narratives.

We will see Matlock.

One way or another, those 4 year players will be allowed a 5th.

And by some miracle if a judge blocks those athlete's right to make a living in America, Wade will still put a quality team on the floor somehow, someway. If he doesn't, it'll be the first time in his career he didn't.

You can be mad at me, no worries

No one is mad at you. All of you're posts are just overly emotional disdain for Will Wade that you can't even have an objective thought.
quote:

You should go back to he introduction time period. He was singing a different tune, but no normal recruits or players wanted anything to do with him or his program.

Are you referring to the "we are gonna get into that portal" comment? What did you want him to say.. "well, we are going to try our best to build through the portal the first year but its going to be hard with what I took over." Yeah it's hard to get kids to go to a school whose program is in the toilet regardless of how it got there. You're clinging on to little snippets of information and then using them like it should be the one thing that forms someone's opinion on the matter. It's dumb and short sided.

Your whole position is that Will Wade didnt turn LSU basketball into Indiana football. Yes that's an exaggeration and an oversimplification. But, that's basically what you're doing.

How about this, what would you say to bringing in a coach that had this record in a 5 year period after taking over a dumpster fire...

18-15 (8-10 SEC)
25-5 (15-2 SEC) Conference Champions
21-10 (12-6 SEC)
19-10 (11-6 SEC)
22-11 (9-9 SEC)

When do we expect roster additions? I assume the players have to be enrolled and classes start soon.
FYI, I am not doubting that Wade and Schroyer will have a complete roster but I would love to know what it will be beyond the four we currently have.

Is there any news on the anticipated players who will be joining our Tigers?

Just retarded.

So to be clear,
1. you dont think players and recruits follow a good coach to his new destination?
2. You dont think players stay instead of leaving, when a great new coach is hired?
or
3. If a coach is considered really good and goes to a top $$ NIL location, pledging to spend top dollar....you dont think that attracts TOP recruits who were looking or committed elsewhere?

If you believe 1 2 or 3 dont happen, then you are the least knowledgeable sports fan I've ever spoken to.

is customary when a new coach comes in that no players from the old roster stick around

I dare you to give me several examples of this "customary " occurrence, where not 1 single player from the entire roster remains.

But be careful, because I GUARANTEE you, if it ever happened, some of them followed the coach to his new gig....which would sink #1 for you.

Look man, I deal in logic and facts. For whatever reason you wanna make up, players that know him, played for him, or were recruited by him...wanted nothing to do with being here.

So again, go back to his talk on how they were gonna be dominant in the portal (not verbatim, but something along those lines)

It didn't happen and the plug resorted to hiring 26 yr old pros from Europe. fricking embarrassing as an LSU fan. Mc didn't win shite, but he cleaned up the program, which he was hired to do. And we are already the punchline joke of the sport, because hes back doing what he does.....sad, low character, grey area stunts. Exactly what hes known for

Appeals for waivers started on the 31st. There’s no real deadline for finalizing rosters, the official date is dec 2 but we know we’ll need a full roster prior to October. Outside of that, like most things in CBB, there’s not a lot of information other than just speculating.

I asked AI and it said recently Indiana, Kentucky, and Louisville all completely zeroed out their returning scholarship rosters during their respective coaching transitions

AI says Mark Pope brought zero active players from the BYU roster with him via the transfer portal

is AI lying? I know it does sometimes. and you did guarantee you were right so that means something I suppose.

Yes, guard Jaxson Robinson followed Mark Pope from BYU to Kentucky. Additionally, incoming four-star high school recruit Collin Chandler flipped his commitment from BYU to join Pope at Kentucky.

Hmmmmm. Seems 1 and 2 were proven by your faikure.

friend I just said AI lies sometimes! everything I said was correct. I asked you!

only one player following him seems to make the opposite point of what you intend, tho. did the rest hate him?

Ill lett you decide if you think BYUs roster was loaded with talent to play at Kentucky...answer is no.
But, he took 2, and recruit followed. Which is my point as well. None followed Wade

ChatGPT of LA surfaces every 3-4 weeks to remind us that he hates Will Wade then goes back into hiding. He’s our coach, deal with it.

Just last season ALONE Texas A&M didn't return a single scholarship player after a coaching change.

Indiana had a new HC last season. He came from West Virginia after one season. Indiana didn't return a single scholarship player from the prior season. One player did follow the HC from West Virginia....the coach's son! Of course, being the traditional football power Indiana is, and its lack of history/interest in basketball, one can only guess the NIL commitment there was lacking

But for a player's dad being the new HC, Indiana, the program with the (T)5th most National Championships in college basketball history, would not have returned a single player nor would the new HC have brought anyone with him (too bad Wade doesn't have a D-1 son, I guess)

An ironic statement indeed. But I think I speak for the rest of the board in saying now would be a good time to actually start doing so.

I don’t need to be Matlock. Yeah a player can get a 5h year. But where are they coming from? Unless they are in the portal now or played for LSU last year they won’t qualify for this.

If I'm not mistaken, the playes in the California and Ohio suits are allowed to transfer, but the players in the other 48 states can only return to their current school as it now stands.

I wonder if there's any lawyer anywhere in America who would be willing to take this case and get this remedied?

I fully understand that the NCAA is NEARLY UNBEATABLE in these types of court cases, but these guys have to chuck up.the hail Mary, right?

Kids have to be enrolled at LSU for the fall semester to play before January. They all may be already, just saying there is a deadline of sorts.
