Thomas is the best PG since Tremont Waters & Nwoko reminds me of Naz Reid. Since we’ve played such a weak schedule, it’s hard to know if this is fools gold again or if we have just enough to make the NCAA tournament.

To the tournament? He fricking better! This is what is wrong with LSUMBB. You are all like "ooh I hope MM gets us in the top 64 this year. Oh darn, we missed it again.. He'll get them next year..." GMFB you fricking betas.

Will Wade never ran a real offense the entire time he was here.

Please explain to the class what a “real offense” is.

You can have all of the opinions you want but if you criticize the offense you know nothing about basketball. And Wade’s whole philosophy was recruit superior athletes who can take there man one on one. And it worked for the most part. But the idiots who say McMahon won’t make the tournament or will only make the NIT are people who don’t want him to make it. Because if he does it means they were wrong and of course they can’t admit that. I think they have a good shot at making it this year. If he doesn’t then he’ll probably be let go but you are a pretty pathetic individual if you are hoping he doesn’t. Losing Reed hurt but not as much as last year. We’ll find out what we have for sure next 3 games but you can be sure the McMahon haters will be hoping he loses them. They are not true LsU fans.

our Net Ranking is really high for such a shite schedule so far—if he can go 9-9 in SEC we should get in

Need to split Tech and SMU at worst and go 9-9.

22-10 should do it

I had them at 7-8 wins in league play that I would not classify as big upsets.

Getting to 9 wins in SEC play would mean they either beat both Kentucky and Arkansas in the PMAC or picked up 2 quality road wins

You accuse someone else of not knowing anything about basketball then you say this lmfao. Of all the lies you idiots tell yourselves this one is the funniest.

I’m not rooting against McMahon, I just don’t think he is a good fit for LSU. If he wins that’s great! I have always loved LSU basketball but since Wade was shown the door, it hasn’t been any fun. Dale made LSU fun because of the caliber of talent he got here. Wade was like that. It’s hard to get excited with Trent Johnson like stuff going on. Having said that, if he wins I’ll be happy to eat my words. Until then, I don’t think he’s what we need

Lester has always hated Naz and hates him more now because he was wrong. He knows Naz was far better than Nwoko in college, it’s just him taking another petty shot at a player he hates.

McMahon absolutely doesn't have what it takes to succeed here. We've already seen LSU keep him 2 years longer than they should have when he has shown nothing whatsoever to suggest he'll turn anything around. You can hardly blame people for hoping he fails his way out of the job sooner rather than later.

I go back to the Chris Jackson & Shaq days. The Def Dome was fun.
I go back to the Dwayne Scales and Rudy Macklin days. The basketball games back then in the "Assembly Center" were just as big an event as Football. The AC was always full. (Student section on the sidelines always packed from the botton row all the way to the top) Electric atmosphere. No PIM crap in basketball back then either; like football!

In a time where money and support is most important, LSU basketball is at the bottom of P4 in support.

That is his JOB. To drum up support. The women routinely outsell him. In basketball it is much easier to garner a "winning team's" worth of support in a shorter period of time and MM has garnered zero in too much time.

I'm curious how many times you will have to make yourself look like a complete and total dumbass on this board before you realize that you are a complete and total dumbass. Judging by your lack of self awareness, and ability to lie, im going to guess it will take over 500 more.

Its alright to be wrong as long as you admit that you were wrong. Your predictions are about as Brian Kelly coaching the Tigers. Just admit you were wrong and it will be fine. No reason to lie cowboy you made predictions last year that were totally wrong. Just dont do it again
