Ed made a lot of money with his coaches salary. Just a guess but probably worth at least 7 million. That would put him in the top 5% nationally for his age. Invest that wisely with a diversified portfolio and at the age of 67 he is SET. Unless he is a gigantic spend thrift then all bets are off. But he can spend 150,000 per year and live a very comfortable life. So I bet he is set. Sad if he isn't.

Well for one it happened. Last December it sounded stupid and outlandish…. A far reaching troll job. Today it’s a fact and we all know what he brings to the table. Help understand the difference?

He got 17mill to walk. Wife got half or 8mill. That leaves 9mill tax 40% leaves 5.4mill - he probably spent 5mill on whores & booze. He then wasted the rest. Once you have 17mill and live on that for a year & 1/2

There's not a turnaround. We hated Kiffin until he loved LSU. Ed O "helped" give us the best season in college football history so there's that. It's kinda like Dremond Green with the Celtics. You don't like the guy until he signs a deal and is on your team. I've never had a problem with Coach O. The Covid years were a blur so I will give him a pass.

So, i know everyone has been waiting on my thoughts, and, therefore, my opinions on this matter. I say this, i have given this GREAT thought and detail and have come to MY conclushion. I feel that coach O has both suporters and upsetters. I feel that he earned his suport by winning da tigahs a national championship with the GREATEST team in college football HISTORY! However, coach o wasnt without fault, and , in some ways, earned his dislike among the tigah fans and bayou brawlers. He did wimper out after winning the championship. He took a butt load of money and ran and then lobied for other jobs even after declaring his love for da tigahs during his tenure here. I understand that there are those that beleive, possibly, but not limited to, myself included, he stabed Les in the back to get his job. Only Ed and Christ know that answer but i am skeptical at BEST! My final verdickt…WELCOME BACK COACH O AND WELCOME TO DA LANE TRANE BABY!!!!
