Who’s Happy with Losing?

It’s absurd to believe that fans of LSU think that other fans are cheering for CMM and LSU to lose. It’s ludicrous(not rapper from ATL). The reason I give MM so much hell is because I love college b-ball especially when LSU is in the discussion. If you don’t think SW bailed out on WW to lessen the blow for Football(cash cow) well I don’t what to tell you. I’ve never said MM could not Coach, it seems he can’t do anything else :

Recruit elite talent(don’t give me the “black cloud”) theory. It’s like parachute pants, out of style now and really wasn’t in style when it tried to be,
He has no fire on the sideline, it’s almost like he’s scared or interning for the job. You got the job get after it.
Recruit, Recruits, Recruiting is the name of the game. I’m not here to bitch about the loss to Miss St they were better yday, no more than I was chest pounding with the McMen over the past two wins. We’ve improved exponentially this year over last but we lose Wright, Hannibal, Baker which were key factors in those two wins.
I just don’t see any elite talent coming, transfers is all we play with. Ward & Reed have their moments both Top 80 recruits but not elite. Winning is what gets Elites in the program. Wright is our best player, it’s his 4th year in the SEC, his attributes our experience & maturity. When we played Kentucky you could definitely see the talent discrepancy, they were freshmen. They’ll lose some but still give you a better chance to win consistently.
I’ve given MM hell I’ll admit, but to think I want LSU to LOSE is stupid. I’m not blinded by the upsets nor do I think the loss to Miss St is a reflection of his coaching. It’s simple Lack of Talent and the fact that’s there’s none coming. Xs & Os < Jimmies & Joes.
College basketball is not a mystery- find a great PG, great Big to rebound, elite scorer then sprinkle in a Ward, a Reed these two are not the former. MM will not be judged on his coaching Xs & Os or the hard gritty play, he will be judged on wins. Coach K & Phil Jackson were great coaches, but without Elite talent neither wins nothing.
It’s STUPID to say critics of MM want LSU to Lose. I love LSU and LSU b-ball, but I don’t see the future as much more than midland SEC program with average talent coached up to get a couple upsets. I want to see more, I do, but some of you MM guys please tell me what’s so bright about the future. Really tell me without hate and venom, what’s so exciting, what’s the light at the end of the tunnel? It’s about recruiting and CMM has done nothing in the most important part of college sports.
