My high school has only produced 2 guys who I know for sure who were on the football team.
Korey Hebert who was apart of the legendary 2001 class and Thomas Perry of the 2019 class.

Both were not major contributors for the tigers but were on national championship teams.

My high school did produce a qb who started a SB in Jake Delhomme.

TJ Finley - played for the Tigers
Allen Graves - was just drafted in the NBA but would have transferred in had he not been drafted by the Raptors

Chris Faulk - Northshore

Faulk was a grade below me. He could have been an NFL tackle if his injury would have been handled better. Effortless athlete. He was tall and skinny as a young kid. Great basketball player.

From a developmental standpoint, he was only scratching the surface.
