Does Pavia have eligibility left? Because unless he’s coming with, I don’t think Beck is the answer

Well, he could simplify scheme to what they do well and get away from those that don’t (for whatever reason).
Point is, it is not necessarily a binary thing. Not one or the other. It can be both or even more.

It is literally his job to make sure they can. That would like saying it’s not Bakers fault the Defense can’t stop the run.

Kelly will either be told he has to make changes or he won’t. He reminds me of Dinardo who refuses to admit a bad hire. Kelly isn’t going to last long. Once his buyout amount reduces he we will be shown the door.

How about he takes one for the team and fires himself
I chuckled, but am I the only one that likes BK as a HC? I couldn’t care less how terrible he is handling the media, but I truly believe he’s capable of leading a top tier program to a championship. Firing a head coach is always risky, we could end up like Florida being mediocre for 15 years trying to find their guy after the Urban Meyer era.

I don’t have a clue on potential OCs, but I would LOVE Sam Pittman as OLine coach. He never held a prominent OC position before becoming the HC at Arkansas, so it might not be out of the question.

Why would he clean house? He didn’t do it this year.

Even if he does, say the offense is good next year. Ok, cool. But we lose Baker. It’s like he listened to everyone who wanted to fix the defense, he went out and fixed it, and just neglected everything else.

Whoever the OC at Texas Tech is, Charlie Weis Jr, I'd suggest Jeff Lebby but he ain't taking that demotion, Chris Weinke, Tim Cramsey, hell why not Dana Holgerson?

I wouldn't hate Napier as an OC. Clearly he wasn't ready the HC gig for a program like Florida but Billy is a good offensive coach. Wouldn't be my first call but I think you could do worse as an OC.

BK is here through at least the end of the 2026 season. His buyout makes it virtually impossible to fire him prior to that.

There are no top flight coordinators that are gonna wanna come play for a lame duck LSU head coach. No one with next level skill sets is going to risk their future playing under Kelley given what we’ve seen the last four years.

With all due respect, and NOT meant in the normal sarcastic way the universal answer to everything is "simplify". I highly, highly, highly doubt that the reason of the problem is "oh, things are too complex". That is the Dallas Cowboys excuse every single year on defense..."oh, we need to simplify".

Huh????????? First, if you are losing the LOS, that is 100% on the OL coach. Second, LSU HIRED a "run game coordinator". So he has no responsibilities in making an effective run game plan? Ooooookkkkaaaayyy!

good thing my post was not insinuating after this season. I was saying after this season, kelly has to sleep in his shite bed and we start saving up for his buyout in the near future from that point.

Give me an NFL guy looking for a new job. LSU has enough recruiters (especially when it's all a $ game these days).
