Hitting has been the issue this year and last year. The difference is that last year, you had Crews, Dugas, and Beloso, who could bail you out with a HR at any given time. LSU does not have that luxury this year....

LSU had a true fresman QB lead them to the SEC championship in 2006. The second string FSU QB could be ready in time for playoffs as Flynn was in the 2007 BCSCG....
