I think it just might be a personality conflicts- just my opinion. When you get in these situations strong type A personalities or alph male - it can be tough

Personality conflicts shouldn't cost LSU fans 2 to 3 million dollars because of our unqualified head coaches ego.

I agree 100%. They should deal with each other - let Canada coach the offense. I can’t believe that O did do his homework on the type off offense, personnel stuff etc before hiring him

He is about to have his 4th OC gig in 4 years. And he has been fired from 2.
Canada has been labeled as difficult to work with.

The head coach is a recovering alcoholic and an emotional bombshell. The OC has a reputation as a prick. The AD had to start attending Sunday film sessions to make sure the two didn't kill each other.

And all of that happened before the first month of the season was over.

This....... O himself said he had learned from his mistakes and would not interfere. Wrong. Bad working relationship seemingly culminated in Troy loss. they finished season but had to go separate ways apparently.

Offense was unproductive, undisciplined, and penalty ridden early on, O was forced to meddle. Canada did not take direction well. Conflict ensued

O couldn't stand not putting his hands in the offense and Canada didn't bend over and take it like O wanted.

And to compound things, MC no doubt realized what a clueless buffoon he was working for.

Whatever the problem was...Canada gave up $1.5 million so we would not know what happened. My guess...it had nothing to do with football.

We didn't have the most explosive offense for sure, but the jet sweep was the best play we had. I have to give him credit there.

Could it be that his wife tried to fight other coaches wives during MSU game?

Well he learned it from O, because that’s what O was doing to Les in 2015-16.

How? Les refused to change his offense, which he promised. When he didn't and LSU lost to Wisconsin and Auburn he refused to fire Cam. I'm not sure how a d line coach can orchestrate that.

I’m not saying Les needed to stay.

But O was working behind the scenes with his radio lackey DP and within the administration to push Les out and set himself up.

There’s a reason they didn’t name Aranda the interim.

And O repaid his boy Ponamsky by hiring him for his personal assistant as soon as he got the job.

O played them just like he is playing the fan base now.

Louisiana politics.
