How can we be the worst when we were the ones fighting the people promoting Nuss over JD for 2 years on here? What about those people?

Burrow QB'd for two years and so did Daniels. Nuss will probably do the same.

If you compare stats for the first three starts for Burrow and Daniels and Nuss' first three starts this year, it lines up:

Daniels > Nuss > Burrow,

... and there is genuine separation between them.

Interesting.

No. Tell me how many starts Nuss got over JD at LSU.

Pointless comment.

What does that have to do with 2022 or 2023, when they were in direct competition and JD was always better?

It shows Nuss could have been better in 2022. We can't know. Jayden wasn't always better.

JD was a historic talent who had a literal all-time season in 2023.

You keep bringing up race and then trying to call everyone else racists. People like me and Les are just bringing up play on the field, where JD showed his superiority.

Cold take: Burrow was better than JD, which wouldn't be possible for me to say if your paradigm of racist projection was accurate.

My paradigm of racism that you fit into perfectly is fine. Black supremacists aren't the only racists. There's also self hating woke white apologists like Moscona desperate for validation. You brought up race not me. Don't like it then stfu about race. That shite should have been left in the past after Jayden left but you fricks are still here infecting this board. JD didn't show anything because Nuss never started a game.

Holy shite

You made the claim. Back it up.

I don't need or care to back it up. That doesn't make the claim false. You can easily look up the threads. You're a waste of time here and in life.

You brought up race kid.

I've seen them play on the field and compete directly with each other for 2 years.

I saw JD have a literal historic season in 2023. It's not fair to compare Nuss to a guy capable of that.

Your opinion on anything means less than shite.

I mean it was a legitimate discussion until 2 or 3 games into the 2023 season when Jayden Daniels had his coming out party finally and started blowing the doors off of every defense we faced. I don’t fault people for that. After Daniels separated himself last year it became abundantly clear to everyone that he was better.

I don’t think it’s fair for people to claim racism anytime someone wants to see what the backup quarterback can do (who just happens to be white). It was a legitimate discussion until it wasn’t when Jayden went into Heisman mode.

If you compare stats Nuss is first. Further Jayden was a fourth year starter so an accurate comparison would be to his first 2 seasons at ASU.

If you're so obsessed feel free racist. The discussion in 2022 was perfectly valid and race wasn't an issue except to racists bringing it up to defend Jayden.

winning in todays college game is more difficult than ever before.

No it’s not. What kind of stupidity is this? Half the teams win each week; same percent as used to win when I was a kid in the 1960’s.

As for Nuss - he is a great talent. My only two concerns is that he won’t keep it every now and then just to keep them honest; and he has looked shaky at crunch time in both close games. We’ll see if that is an attribute or a coincidence.

Then he should have pulled it. Elite QBs do this every game.

That’s ridiculous! A QB halfway through a throwing motion can’t just stop it.

The personal foul is what caused the interception. Had he not been being drug down by the back of his shoulder pads then that pass would have been on target

I’m talking about the one on the 4th quarter that got called back by the blindside block.

That was one of the worst passes I’ve ever seen a qb throw

The problem with Garrett is that he will make an absurd elite NFL throw and then turn around and make an absolutely retarded throw into double coverage.

That throw to hit Anderson in stride down the sidelines with pressure in his face was just incredible.

And then he stares down lacy who was not open at any point and throws into double coverage for the pick 6 that would have ended the game.

you shite all over Daniels for two years. Im shocked you’d be knighting for nuss Nuss throwing falling away on his back foot isn’t it. Thank god that Carolina player knocked his dick in the dirt after that horrific pass they ran back to ice the game.

Weird since I wasn't even active in 23. It's almost like you're a Lester Earl alt and still think this is clever.

Praising an LSU QB getting hit. Gross.

Should have added you to the group too. Y'all are trolling at this point. Nuss might legit throw for 4,000 yards and 40 tds this season, as a first time starter.

True, and he has a strong arm and good touch at all levels. Needs to quit backing up and throwing off the back foot so much but other than that he's a good looking QB.

And we're three games in, health permitting he'll be fine.
