So you want to win now but complain whenever we do whatever it takes to do so?

I don't like any of it but from a 30,000 ft view it sure seems a lot worse to me that there are guys still playing in their 6th and 7th years playing AFTER the 5 for 5 got implemented than it is for guys to be given their 5th year that all other players now get.

I'm with you that I don't like any of it, but I fail to understand how this is somehow worse than Chambliss getting another year or Max Johnson damn near earning a pension with the NCAA. If this is the way it's gonna be, we may as well be the best at it.

Nothing about this is on LSU. Either you play the game or let it pass you up. Trinidad was ruled ineligible by the NCAA, but they went to court to rule otherwise.

The NCAA also waited until fricking June to announce 5 for 5. In turn players who moved with the sense that they were out of eligibility made the sensible next step in their career. This ruling comes out and they’re doing the same thing that Trinidad did. Go to court and get eligibility. This is only going to happen for a handful of people since this is Class of 2022. Classes 2023 and so on know now that they have the extra eligibility. Nothing Lane and LSU is doing is outside of the rules. Playing the Good Samaritan role gets you in the position like Dabo and Clemson

You do realize that other schools are also doing this... It's not just LSU, the twitter media just likes to go after LSU.
