We should not play ULL in anything at this point. Let them fend for themselves.

3. In MBB, one year in the PMAC and one year in the NO Arena and never on their campus.

4. In baseball, never in Turchin but one year in Alex Box and the next in the Shrine on Airline with the tickets split.

In football, 3 for 1 with the Tulane home game in the Dome and never at Yulman

Men's basketball, 2 years in BR, 1 year at the SKC. UNO gets the same deal. Never play at Fogelman or Lakefront

Baseball, always one game at the Box and one at Tulane. Any LA school with RPI 100> gets the same deal. RPI 100< gets one guaranteed game at the Box, or their names go in a hat for one LSU road game against them

don't underestimate the impact those teams will have on LSU making the CFP if they're good. They might basically be another SEC opponent if ranked

If they were to do 2 for 1 the 1 would have to be in the dome and LSU would have to get at least 60% of the money (ticket sales and otherwise)

I wouldn’t mind playing Tulane in football but probably wouldn’t do so outside of Baton Rouge, nothing against Tulane but just revenue realities. Happy to play home and homes with Tulane regularly in any other sport.

This again........2lame is nothing more that an uptown ULL. Play in Baton Rouge or don't play at all (football). Get in the rotation with the other state schools for all sother sports.

There has been a debate going on on gotula.net in light of ur new AD.

Looking for Tiger fans thoughts on playing TU in the sports that matter, Fball, MBball and baseball.

Is there no interest? Would it have to 2-1 or only in LSU or the dome? Is it only older fans who witnessed the rivalry who care? Does it even matter because the LSU admin won’t play TU no matter what?

TU is finally investing in athletics and making changes when necessary. FBall seems to have turned the corner and though BBAll was a mess at least they did pay market rates for MD and then canned him and replaced him with a proven winner. Baseball is a WIP but not an RPI drain.

This is not meant to start a TU bashing thread, we deal with enough pain. Trying to get thoughtful opinions on this historic rivalry and how fans think about playing TU vs some of the other useless doormats on ur respective schedules.

I'm old enough to remember the LSU / Tulane rivalry.

If I'm being honest, I really don't care if we play Tulane. We play a few "cupcake" games each year. If one of them is Tulane, that's fine. But a 2-1 series is ridiculous. You aren't even in the ballpark.

I wish we played Tulane in all three big sports.Zero reason to not play baseball and basketball each year.

In baseball it has always been a fun game to watch. Men’s Basketball I guess would be somewhat competitive. In football it’s not a rivalry.

I wish Tulane and LSU would renew and play every year or at least the 2for 1 in football, and play every year in baseball and basketball, was pissed We didn't play yall in baseball this year. That's a great game always. If we play the trash from Lafayette then y the hell wouldn't we play yall didn't understand that. I know we play yall next year though.

I’d like to end the regular season with Tulane like in the old days, but I don’t expect it to happen.

I would love for Tulane to be an annual rival in all sports. In fact, I believe they should either be our first game of the year most years or our Rivalry Week game. The problem is that the two sides could never agree on where to play the game. LSU wanted 2 in BR to every 1 game in the Dome. Tulane wanted a home/@home. I would be fine with a home/@home, personally, and would like to see Tulane commit to athletics and become a competitive program.

Screw Jewlane they want max profits off LSU fans.

LSU is selling out Tiger Stadium vs slu or mcneese.

Tulane forgot there spot on the pecking order.

Also if you wanted to see a tulane vs LSU baseball game you have to buy a 5 game pass. bullshite.
