Not to me. He took a helmet to the distal femur nowhere near his ACL. That bone bruise is a painful bitch though and takes time to heal.

Dude, Trey'Dez thought his season was over. So did both Golding and LSU staff.

There was a guy on here claiming to have inside info that it was a torn ACL and would be announced soon.

Ban yourself for making this about anything but huge news for Trey'Dez.

Stupid statement. People who come on here and pretend to be insiders to give bogus bad news deserve to be banned.

I said last night it wasn’t the typical mechanism of injury.

Man, we needed this news.

I’m very glad he is going to be ok. Depending on the sprain severity I could see Green making a business decision to shut it down for the year.

Man this is great news!

When he limped off the field, all signs showing something season ending, my enthusiasm for the game was gone. Ole Miss game is short term bragging rights. The goal is to win it all. Can’t do that without 7

Is this the same knee he hurt previously? I remember him having to wear a brace on it at some point.

We still haven’t gotten an answer on Wright

I just listened to the Kiffin press conference today. Said he didn't have an update on Green or Spears yet, but he did talk about Wright and he said it was a season ending injury.

The lingo can be misleading though. “Bad sprains” usually means torn ligaments, to whatever extent, but in the football injury reporting business, “torn” usually refers to “completely torn”.
