not too many people happen to randomly be at a murder scene just randomly.

If he only went in because he heard there was a warrant then it kind of makes him look involved in some way. I hope that’s not the case.

Yeah they even went the extra mile to include grammar mistakes
You’d be very surprised. Grammar is lost to many professionals under 40.

Hope he is tight but doesn’t look good!! Lawyer up!

Dude, you answered your own question. He doesn’t have to prove he’s innocent. The prosecution has to prove he’s guilty. That’s the way it works.

Thats not true, at all. The exact opposite seems more apt.

I'm just impressed that Holly already has "fans."

You don’t prove your innocence. The burden of proof is on the prosecution.

Lol people are arrested for no actual reason ALL the time!
Y’all do know that all you need is someone to simply accuse you of the crime and you can be arrested for that and charged for it. That’s all that’s needed. It doesn’t really matter who it is either.
Now whether that stands up in court is a whole different matter. But you can be arrested for anything, any cop thinks you did against the law, even if it’s not against any law. Because most cops don’t know the law. It happens regularly. Try to sue them also. That’s another laughing matter. They just toss it up as shite happens.
Hopefully you have money and resources to make bond, if there is a bond set for you. It can interrupt your entire life for a short time. They do NOT care. All they care about is pending the case on as many people as they possibly can. You have to prove beyond a doubt that this had nothing to do with you. You better have video cameras or several stand up citizens to testify on your behalf, with times, evidence and facts. If not then it’ll be up to a jury and I’ve seen juries send people to jail with lots of evidence that they couldn’t have been there or couldn’t have done it. Then hopefully you can appeal it.
But you all have already decided that you know exactly what he did because an article came out with his name on it saying he was arrested for it. lol. This place is amazing. Y’all better hope this never happens to you or your children. Some of you would probably believe an article over your own children.

I haven't seen many LSU football players ever type a message with that kind of grammar. Dude has a hell of a lawyer. He must've done it

“Someone was murdered at my house, but I had nothing to do with it”
Yeah….
What does he mean by "at home" he could be referring to Farmerville or his actual home. If "at home" means Farmerville, then that's a completely different meaning. Context matters. Can't go off an Instagram post.

Pretty sure he's referring to the court of public opinion. Because if he's proven to be innocent, there will still be people who think something negative about him regardless. And I hope for his sake he's telling the truth.

I took it to be "home", meaning Farmerville...not his house

Which he would have has someone proofread that “at all”.
Were you trying to be ironic? That post about grammar is too short to contain so many errors.

In a court, sure, but if he's found not guilty, there's still the court of public opinion. Although it's very difficult to prove you didn't do something, he'll always be guilty to some people regardless. Maybe that's what he's talking about
100% agree with this.
Exhibit A: Ray Lewis found not guilty in a court of law.
Ray Lewis in my public opinion guilty AF.
What should Trey Holly do now? Hire the same lawyer Ray Lewis did.
Hope this shintty situation improves for all involved that being said I'm unaware if the victims have succumbed to their injuries.
I believe Trey Holly's post but truth be told, I'm gullible and take people at their word until they prove me wrong.

Not defending him, but being innocent and falsely charged with a serious crime has to be one of the worst human experiences imaginable . Even if he gets acquitted, he’ll never recover.
