On August 2, 2026, U.S. District Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney in Denver clarified that the injunction did not override existing NCAA roster limits, transfer rules, or revenue-sharing caps, meaning players could only return if schools had available roster spots, eligibility and scholarship/revenue space.

When I was in high school I went to OSU and PSU summer wrestling camps as well as wrestled for the national team over the summers. Does that make me a professional or even a college athlete????
That’s what this scenario is. Joe burrow isn’t trying to come back to LSU. It’s guys who participated in nfl work outs this summer because they did not know they had one year left when they entered.

Those are things NOT available to amateur players. You have to declare to be considered a pro.
Why are you acting like going thru a full professional only training camp, with signed paperwork, doesn't designate you as being a pro.
A kid can't graduate hs, go try for a college team, then decide to go back to hs, or college prep. The clock starts
In life, YOU make personal decisions that you are bound by. You can't act like it didn't happen.
