Awesome thread!

I’m not the least bit surprised by what you’re saying here because he just looks like a great guy and class act. I sure hope he can put it together here.

His son and I actually went off on a Dayton dude who was randomly saying how we suck at football but suck worse at basketball.

Dayton fan talking football smack to LSU fans.

They have one point guard who is a Freshman, and you are a moron!

Who is responsible for managing the roster? Also, Williams is being forced to play the 1, he was a 2 in HS. Not a ringing endorsement of roster management.

If anyone deserves a benefit of the doubt it’s him, he had one fricking player when he got here….one…. and he wasn’t all that great

I want him to succeed, but blowing 15 point 2nd half leads is not a talent issue. 100% coaching. Not an isolated incident either going back to last year.

Wade blew multiple 15 point leads too, it happens.

I read the title and was thinking about Vince, Linda, Shane and Steph.

Woodward was in a jam after Tate forced Wade out.
I have never read this before?

So, we should all be at C.R.Tate and not Woodward?

He for sure will get one more year. But being nice isn’t enough. Next year he needs to show something worthwhile

Because it’s a BS narrative Woody’s boot lickers are trying to push. I do think Tate was on board with the decision, but it was Scott’s call and he wanted Wade out. Plain and simple, it wasn’t his guy and he didn’t like him. What pushed it over the top is when he called out the crappy facilities publicly.

Why were you at the game? Assuming you’re a basketball fan/supporter so why wouldn’t you be a supporter?

John Brady was an a-hole but a pretty good coach. Nice doesn’t always win

I'm ok with McMahon. They are starting to play better.

He was sitting near me in Omaha…..way down (and way up) the first base line. All the LSU bigwigs in the LSU suite, and this guy’s sitting amongst the folks!

Realistically all he has to do is pull in a great recruiting class to give us hope and he’ll get another year.

He seems like a great guy from these posts. I hope he turns it around and makes us all eat it.

Always puts things into perspective when you put a human face on things. Watching people on a screen takes away their humanity and makes them cartoon figures. I am more guilty than most of this.

Like the guy, but just like last year we play with such a low basketball IQ. 4 turnovers today where the pass just went out of bounds, a lane violation and Fountain ask for and received a pass with two feet out bounds.
But most of all we still don’t box out and in turn give up so many second chance shots.
