How about some examples of the lack of structure and organization?

Most of issues were execution. Catch a punt, block a guy, etc.

We have zero depth, average talent, and that is all on Coach 0. Unreal how he went from pinnacle to floor so quickly.

The level of bitching and ignorance from a group of grown men is astonishing. After 1 game, THIS is the reaction? We looked worse against UCLA last year but Coach O would be better? What drugs are some of you taking because I need to stay far way from that shite.

Y’all are just fricking miserable. Grow some fricking nuts and support your team. It’s a rebuild. Wtf are y’all expecting?

Burns, oujalari, and gaye are all nfl players. Is it our most talented defense ever? No. But in the landscape of college football having 3 nfl players is well above average

Timeout after a change of possession. Something people here railed on O for.

that's not enough when you're trotting out ULL/McNeese guys in the secondary and your LBs are permanently confused

Edge guys can be neutered by a mobile QB, too, which happened last night

Was that in your boy O’s first game?

There aren’t many defenses in college football that have studs all over though man. That’s rare as hell. LSU’s defense from a player perspective is much better than most college teams

No it wasn’t. This roster was decimated.
And it was UAB.
But I suppose we should just give up. Because no team ever improves after the first game.

We still have top tier talent littered on this roster. That 2000 roster had an MLB bust at QB and little top shelf talent spread out

Yeah and it had fewer than 40 scholarship players when he arrived.

The roster is not very good.

Timeouts after change of possession. Multiple undisciplined penalties. Not properly evaluating certain positions, such as field goal blocking and punt returner, during the off season. Just looking unprepared in general.

We should definitely be giving up on believing glowing preseason practice reports.

Take 3 actual NFL players and surround them with below average SEC talent and you’re going to go 6-6 or 7-5 in the SEC.

Put some of that talent and move it from receiver to the Oline and its a much better team

Exactly. Most LSU fans are just like Ed O. See that we have Uber talented guy at positions that require talent elsewhere to succeed and don’t see the problem.

Our WRs are awesome, cool but our OL are subpar. DL is great, but we can’t cover with our corners.

But yea…let’s blame Kelly because he talks smart and doesn’t sound like an idiot.

That was a much different scenario where he was building LSU into the monster it became.

Saban inherited a shite load of talent from DiNardo. Some of you dumbasses only think of 2003 and forget that he had 3 guys with talent on the team at QB. He had afu
Compliment of players that basically COULDNT leave when Dinardowas fired.

Kelly inherited 39 ducking scholarship players in a time where the transfer portal and NIL was in the favor of most states but not La.
His situation is 1000X harder. Like children who want candy at the store and pitch a fit when they don’t get it immediately you guys come in droves and just spew crap.

Ducking bunch of kids in here. I forget this participation want now bunch of fricking morons you are. Everyone under 50 need k stop playing during or days after games when you have these situations.

It isn’t below average sec talent. Is it below Uga and Bama and some lsu teams of the past? Yes

Saying it’s under the sec or college average is simply wrong

If you are old enough to remember Hallman and inject him into this conversation, you should know not one of his teams would come close to beating last night’s LSU team. Come on, man…….
