How crazy do you have to be to lose a custody battle as a woman in Texas? They should have thrown her in jail right after that initial decision.

quote:

A Texas mom shot dead her 4-year-old daughter in a murder-suicide just hours after losing a custody battle with the girl’s dad.

Cibelle Savella, 35, was supposed to hand over her daughter, Vivian, to her ex-husband, Aaron Savella, on Tuesday night – but instead shot her dead in her $824,000 Houston home and then turned the gun on herself, ABC13 reported.

“There was a custody hearing earlier today that didn’t go well for the mother,” Houston Police Lieutenant Larry Crowson said.

quote:

The mom was also banned from attending any school performances and extracurricular activities, ordered to pay child support to her ex and cover 50% of any out-of-pocket medical expenses.

This is so so sad. And I imagine that husband has been through absolute hell over the last 6 years, and it has culminated this week.

Stay away from crazy women, no matter how Brazilian they are.

One of my coworkers had a kid in the same class as the girl and had talked to the mom at pick up an hour before.

The step dad owns a couple of chick fil a's so that house value seems low for what those thing bring in.

A prime example of how someone was more than likely given anything she wanted and when the judge told her No, she took matters into her own hands. Pure evil to kill your own offspring.

Just fricking kill yourself…no need to kill your child.

So fricking sad. I can’t imagine the hell the dad has gone through the last several years, and now he has this to deal with for the rest of his life. But I guess that’s what that cunt wanted.

She must have been certifiably insane, and the courts were obviously aware of her craziness, yet she was still allowed enough time to kill her daughter.

Rather be dead than live without that child-support check?
