You my friend have the making of a "real fan" I sat in the greek section and stayed for all of the games. I can't speak for the kids today, but we used to stay. TS today is not the same TS of 10 years ago.

The Greeks are the worst. Sure the general student section is bad, but don't act like the rest of the stadium is any better.

As a student and Greek, I agree that we have a problem with leaving the game early. However, it isnt just us. A good portion of the lower bowl around the 50 yard line seem to file out early as well. Older people trying to beat the traffic or that work in the morning.
IMO if they want to improve the student section, they need to get rid of the piped music and bring back the band between plays. The student section was always so involved when the band played. Lets bring that back.

If LSU is not one of the hardest places to play, then why do opposing players (Dak just recently) still reference Tiger Stadium when talking about their difficult experiences playing on the road?

2 guys in front of me left at halftime for the Ole Miss game a few years back. Their exact words were "frick this lets go to bogies." I'm glad we rushed the field and I hope they felt dumb watching it from a tv at a bar.

That's funny. Me and most of my fraternity stayed until the Alma mater most games, and were also very well represented at all road games. In fact, greeks make up the brunt of the student section at away games.
I get if you want to give the sorority girls some grief, but the fraternities aren't really the problem and the problem spans well into the GDI seats too. Also, the "greek" seats arent all greek. Lots of student orgs mixed in too.
