When I was a student it was $1 to go thw games. Maybe start charging students a higher ticket price while lowering tuition the same amount.

He was talking about reducing the student ticket allotment. My point is that for all but 1-2 games a year there are plenty of tickets to go around. We've yet to have a reported crowd of 100,000 this year make the stadium look full.
People leaving early isn't just on the students. It's just unfortunate that the students aren't staying too since they are the best generator of crowd noise.

We are tying. LSU must have some stupid PR director who thinks that piped in music is cool at football games.
What makes college football program GREAT is tradition. That is something that LSU has, and should be proudly showing. The Golden Band from Tigerland is the best band in the SEC. Let them freakin play.

Well, a person validates each ticket on the way into the stadium, why not have them scanned on the way out? Not just students either --- leave early on a consistent basis, your tickets are made available to someone who really wants them.
Pay for the additional costs (the people actually scanning the tickets) with the increased concession sales from 40,000 people being there for an extra hour.

Its not just the students its nearly 3/4's of the fans in the stands. Midway 3rd quarter the damn stadium is 1/4 full. Totally pathetic. The place doesn't deserve the title Death Valley anymore. More like Deserted Valley
