Look, I’m a huge advocate for Marijuana. The benefits are a huge part of living a better life for most. BUT….
You can’t be riding around with it and a gun. Smoke it, enjoy it, it’s not a bad thing, just stop carrying it with a gun. That’s all, it’s really simple.

Do they not have trailer parks in Texas???
Because of my job I have traveled to many rural areas in Texas. It is not uncommon for me to see A&M flags at the trailer park or have a toothless A&M fan open his trailer door and say “wat yous want”. They are a trashy fan base.

Agree. Don’t like Aggies, fan base or Jimbo. Came into SEC nothing off about “taking over”. Never won anything until this year West in baseball in major sports. Weird, weird traditions that are very gay & little brother all the way. But other than talking stupid trash they are nice successful people by in large.

Texas criminal defense lawyer here. that’s not a felony in Texas. however, anytime there’s a firearm present during the commission of an alcohol or drug crime, a person will be charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon regardless of whether they have a CCL or are otherwise carrying legally (e.g. open carry) absent the underlying offenses.
