I was with a group of friends from Long Beach Mississippi and we hung out in the quarter had dinner at Mr. John’s Steakhouse, and had as much fun as I have ever had in New Orleans watch LSU beat Oklahoma on TV. What a great memory!

After watching him perform at a very high level the past 6-7 weeks, he reminds me of several big time players we faced over the years.His delivery and passing reminds me of Steve Bartkowski, a former Atlanta Falcon great, except Tyler Shough has very good mobility for his size. His pinpoint accuracy with a big time arm is going to go a long way for the Saints. Hopefully we can build a roster around him to compliment his talent to get us to the playoffs next year. Hell, we might have made the playoffs this year had we played him early on. He is impressive.

Instant gratification is understandable, but unrealistic in the first year even with NIL Players have to learn anew system with new coaches. Year two, definitely imo.

Has Frank Wilson been approached to coach for any other team in the SEC

I’ve heard nothing, but it does seem his value as a recruiter would be be highly sought. His record has not been as good producing running backs in recent years under Brian Kelly, but considering how bad the offensive line has been it’s not entirely his fault.Frank has been a legend with players in New Orleans and the state of Louisiana. I hope he will be considered to stay but chances are slim he does. Either way with NIL that should seal deals on recruiting targets.
