If chambliss can play for more than half a decade bc muh tonsillitis then I don’t see why guys who never actually played in the league can’t come back for a year.

it is bad for the sport and I freaking LOVE IT! I hope it gets so bad that the current version of what ever this is implodes and we can get some semblance of a reset back to college football!

SEC still passed a rule in response to a judges ruling they did not like. Plain and simple.
Even if you agree that former pro players should not play, that’s what they did.
And not so much the rule but threatening any school by extortion.

What we’ve been saying all along. It’s got to be a level playing field. Either let the TRO players play or don’t allow Chambliss and others in that situation (>5 years) play. It’s quite simple.

what these 2022 student athletes are doing to the SEC is the same as official referees do to the SEC. When an official referee says incorrectly that 2014 alabama receiver caught a pass that clearly hit the ground in the final 30 seconds, the SEC response is "oh well" the SEC response to 2022 student athletes should also be "oh well"

I’d agree with Harris and even Wright. But not Pyburn. I was not impressed with Pyburn at all last season. He was practically non existent in most games. He’s definitely not taking Princewells spot and I don’t think he takes the guy from Tennessees spot either. Hell the Samoan from ND would probably be a better playmaker than Pyburn.

The guy from Tennessee is not starting right now. Not talking about Princewells spot. Hes really the lone starter. The other spot is up for grabs which is part of why they are bringing Pyburn back. IMO if hes on the team he will have the most playing time.

NCAA sent their compliance officer to Texas. Supposedly got ripped to shreds.
Let’s see if anybody aside from a 3rd tier level hack shows up in BR.

Nope. Realist. This is a labor dispute. The players have way more proof of irreparable harm by lifting the restraining order against the leagues than the leagues have if it stays in place.
History, the ways it’s always been done, amateurism, etc. aren’t legal grounds to lock someone out of a job. They can’t prove any economic damage to the league by the young men playing.
If anything this whole drama has added interest to an industry which makes money based on interest.

Signing a contract to become a employee as a NFL player makes them pros. I don't care if they let this year's group come back due to the NCAA change, but don't think this should be allowed in the future.

So does Euro league, Softball league, Nike Track, you know the same company PAYING COLLEGE ATHLETES, GLeague BAMA AND TAMU PLAYERS. I can keep going.
