I can only see the Arkansas game

That is a 5-7 finish, worst since the 90s

That is the only game I feel good about right now.

Add Miss St and Auburn. At this point Tennessee may be a toss up.

I was always going to give Lane 1 year. My ceiling was 10-2 and floor 8-4 but I never thought we would lose to Kentucky. I had us losing 2 of these games

Ole Miss
Aggie
Bama
Texas
Tennessee

So with that I say LSU finishes 8-4 or 7-5. No way this team runs the table. None

8-4. I don’t see this team losing three more games but I also don’t see them losing only one more.

We are going to beat the shite out of state, we will beat arky. Bama or Texas we will beat at home. Probably more likely to beat Texas’s since arch is a prime qb that Blake choker dominates.

We should beat a hapless Tennessee as well.

It’s 8-4 or 9-3

LSU can win on any given Saturday against any given opponent. The problem is consistency or lack of it.

LSU made a $91m commitment, but you give him 1 year.

Okay.

The over reaction to each win/loss here is extraordinary

Based on what exactly? The only teams substantially better than Kentucky we have left are Bama and Texas who we get at home.

Obviously the team could quit on Kiffin or we could keep losing every quasi close game but that’s just an absurdly reactionary take.

That take was valid last year and even 2024 when it was clear we legit weren’t good. Now we’re just not winning, but we are playing pretty well

Miss St's Qb is hobbled. And Auburn is mid.

We should be 6-2 going into the Bama with a bye week to get healthy.

Bama/UT/Tenn...will be a wild ride but don't count us out in those games, especially the home ones.

Agreed. I don’t see this team folding like BK’s teams. I think we will be fine.

You’re a moron and are overreacting. We lost on the road to a good team with our former OC that knows Baker’s defense inside and out.

However it is still disappointing. Realistically LSU could technically win every game left on the schedule. Will they? Probably not but let’s be honest and look at it.

Texas isn’t the Goliath that the media wants them to be and got exposed today finally. The game is at TS.

Bama is very good. QB is very good. But the game is at TS.

Tennessee on the road will be very difficult but their offense much like Texas isn’t amazing. Hell Arkansas almost beat them at home today.

The SEC aside from UGA is eating itself up. week to week someone’s getting knocked off. It’s anyone’s game.

Horrible game. We’re not a top 12 team as of today. Get back to work and build momentum for the November slate. Zero margin for error now. Nut cutting time. I don’t care what Leavitt can do. Turnovers are turnovers. You can’t win football games if you turn it over every single game multiple times. Don’t care who you have on D or at RB. It ain’t happening.

They'll run the table at home but I'm dreading seeing Leavitt shite the bed again at Knoxville. Make the call, Lane.
