Pulling up on someone's fishing camp is a terrible idea

Not sure if it's been mentioned, and not really "sports" related.. but what kind of dummy just pulls up on someone's fishing camp picking a fight?

I mean.. there's gotta be at least a 50% chance you get shot doing that, right?

It's also the most Ed Orgeron thing that could possibly happen. I anxiously await when the video ultimately leaks to find that he did, in fact, rip his shirt off.

For those that listened to Jordy's podcast, I agree with his producer. If you saw that in a movie, you'd be hardpressed to believe it. Head coach of a flagship university's football program docks his boat and tries to pick a fight with a random dude (son in tow). Come on

Someone said something about him storming through the door? Is that true?

It sounds like an “is it trashy” thread on the OT

He must've done something like that. In Jordy's story he said one of the kids at the camp recorded him facing the ceiling but at one point directed the camera so you could see him. I wouldn't put it past him.

I know some are skeptical of the story, but I don't think Jordy would go so far to say that there's a video and the guy sent it to LSU admin if it wasn't true.

My guess is that asked the guy from the camp to sit on the video to avoid negative PR. I have to imagine it'll come out at some point.

Just embarrassing tbh.

If this video exists and proves to be what has been described, it will forever exist in college coaching history and lore.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Team meetings at the Birmingham Marriott were winding down the night before Tennessee was set to take on top-ranked and unbeaten Alabama in 2009, and Ed Orgeron wanted everyone's attention.

To get the Vols pumped up, the fiery defensive line coach took an overhead projector and hurled it into a wall, where it shattered into pieces.

Would have loved to be in that room.

It will live in infamy.

I really hope this didn't happen but the fact many people wouldn't put it past Orgeron to do is telling in itself.

...and all he would have had to do is win last weekend and it would have been cool as hell. Instead, it's just another brick in the "fired for cause" wall.

Jordy is living off a podcast. Do you think a media guy wouldnt spice up a story for his own success?

That is not a defense of Ed, just a statement that I dont believe much of anything I hear out of a "journalist's" mouth these days.

Jordy was second cheerleader behind DP when O needed a job.
When the HC job opened up he was all O. Now he is leading the O needs to go brigade. He needs viewers I guess.

Do you even listen to the podcast? He admits he was conducting the O hype machine but says two years of this shite completely justifies a 180 degree reevaluation.

And he’s right

O is trashy. I wanted to believe that he had changed from the wife beating, challenging his old miss team to a fight, but that’s who he is.
