How many fired OC’s stripped of playcalling responsibilities do we need on staff?

Jimbo Fisher went 5-6 last year. So what does A&M do? Give him a 10 year $75 million contract.

You can't make this shite up.

Yeah that dude sucks. He hadn't had any success at all at FSU the entire time he was there. And his starting QB being out for the season didn't hurt them last season at all. No clue what A&M was thinking hiring that bum.

Why do we need all of these offensive analysts and assistants with a dedicated passing game coordinator when Steve E is the best O coordinator in the country

We need to hire some pseudonym, like "Mickey Sullivan, offensive assistant from University of Rhode Island" as a consultant and have it really be Art Briles in disguise. He could wear a hat and wrap around shades at all times to avoid being made.

Analyst break down film and do scouting on future games on the schedule. They are not designing plays or calling plays or making strategy decisions. Having analysts on the staff make it possible for coordinators to get a jump on planning by having information in advance. Bama has a shite load of analysts in the booth of every game and doing forward scouting on future games on the schedule. He's an analyst not a coach.

People like you would have lost your mind about Coach O if Danny Etling got hurt and LSU went 5-6 last year. But it happens to Jimbo and he gets a pass.

And we hired a HC that was 3-8 in his last season.

You're right. I heard Bama doesn't have a shadow staff either.

Does he make fiery speeches?

Can he make a roux?

Jimbo receives a pass because of his track record as a head coach with essentially 10 wins a year every year since he has been there, and he has a national title.

O does not deserve the benefit of the doubt because he has not proven its not a norm for him
