31-24 LSU

Go into half up 21-17

Get a 10-0 shut out in the 3rd quarter

It's 31-17 going into the 4th and Bama scores a late TD making it look closer than it is.

It totally depends on if you juicy fruits sit on your hands or get up and make some noise on 3rd and 6 when bama has it!

It depends on turnovers and if Baker goes back to playing soft cover 3 zone trying to limit big plays.

I say Tigers 27-24.

I'm worried about this one. The 2 quality teams we played we lost because of turnovers, bad def planning, bad coaching decisions. So LSU has to be better, especially the planning and in-game coaching decisions.

I think because of those errors and being at home Lane will have some of that aggresiveness back.

Both have really good defenses, so I'm thinking this will be a defensive battle and not a high scoring game.
20-14 good guys. We are nail biting on Bama's last possession trying to prevent them driving and scoring a TD.

Just curious....if we smoking them as you say...why you betting straight up and only making about 300 off that 500 bet? If you that sure, bet the points and win almost even money. Im calling bs because it appears you think straight up is a big bet. LSU is a 5.5 pt favorite. Straight up means you making barely over half your bet back.

We will score in the 30s, and win. This isn't the weekend that Baker needs to roll out and Eiffel Tower defense alignment like he did against Kentucy

A real fan doesn't have a non-emotional prediction for this game.

Talent wise I think the teams are pretty much equal. I think LSU has the better QB...even if just from an experience standpoint. LSU has been nearly flawless at home (though some would say that is a byproduct of the schedule). There are MANY signs pointing to this being the year LSU gets a comfortable, double-digit win over Alabama for the first time in a long time.

But I can't believe that until I see it. Homefield hasn't meant much for LSU in the last 15 years or so of this game. And Alabama, even under Deboer, seems to raise its level of play in Tiger Stadium.

31-29 LSU
