If they installed a trampoline on the court for basketball I might watch to see if they could actually dunk.

Grace Knox will have at least (1) in-game dunk by the time her playing career is over at LSU. Book it!

re: What is Frank getting at?

Of course not Lester.
Likewise with your comment that he's lazy.

He just handfed you your best haul in a while. I don't see the correlation to lazy and what we just did recruiting wise.
S/O to ex President William Tate for getting the funds and the approval for this!
Lee, your frustration is misguided.

Both things can be true. We can afford to lose him. I said that.

But we can all agree that he's a weapon we'd rather have in our toolbox then not. Especially as we are entering the phase of time where the kids he recruited are now having kids that are being recruited.

Losing Frank to a conference foe would have the same result as how Moffit has turned out at A&M.
You lost recruits because you fired your head coach, you have had a different D Line coach for the past 100 seasons, and you had a damn middle school coach coaching DBs because you let go of Raymond.

Tell your glass half empty story correctly, if that's the angle you want to play.

Brandon Harris, who you guys hate on often, has done really well in his role at Texas as the GM and pulling Louisiana talent. Add someone like Frank to that, we undoubtedly will have problems with Texas coming into the state and taking players. Can we overcome? Sure, but let's not play this game of "they don't matter". Because out of the athletes' and their parents mouths, Frank clearly matters.

It's almost like we've been going back and forth with this topic for the past 2 weeks because we don't want to rip the bandaid off of knowing that it's better to have Frank on our side, then to recruit against him.

We walked into A&M and Texas' back yard and got Caden, whom everyone wanted.

We got the No.1 RB in the class a year after that.

I get that some people on here don't want to hold on to him, but his recruiting has not dropped off. At All.
Agreed. We have to do a better job of developing the blue chip talent in the state that we do get. While it was great to see Spears play this year, one has to think of the other local safeties that we didn’t develop. I’d love to see Joel Rogers break into the rotation. Wasn’t thrilled to see Kylin Jackson walk out the door (I do get that cultural fit is important). But we can’t expect the Blaine Bradford’s of the world to give a home town discount if they don’t see the guys they know and played against get developed.

Geralds is probably closer to 6'3" than he is to 6'. And has been unblockable throughout his high school career. Not saying that the others are lacking, but Deuce has played better competition than Brown, and probably is as talented as Anderson.
Except, they have more money. Mark Cuban was very public that his coach was not going anywhere before the coaching cycle began. The great thing about his success is that it has been everywhere. Honestly its been good to see him be successful the past few years.
No. TM7 and HB7 are not as interchangeable as some may think
I know a fair amount of stuff, but have no idea what/who he/her/him/they an HB7 is. Please explain
There is no shot in assuming that you will make it to the pros. Most athletes do not...so I'm not going to try and persuade to him about this school vs that school (assuming that it is big time football like at LSU). We will review packages offered at his top ranked schools and make a decision.

For the development is only thing that i'm going to focus on people...nope, not going to lie to him about that and say that I know what this coach vs that coach can do. That will be based on you and how you go about doing the work required to get to that next level.

Whatever you make, we will take 75% of that and stash it away in investment vehicles that can preserve and grow it over the next few years.
NIL - monies given to student athletes in exchange for use of their name, image, likeness etc. for advertisements and what not from people on the outside (3rd parties). Not capped.

Rev Share - bucket of money controlled by the university, and divided across all sports by %s. Capped.
Me and the Bros are going to go. Can't be that bad, right?
YES IT'S A TRUSTED SOURCE. HE WAS GETTING A LOT OF HATE EARLIER THIS YEAR WHEN HE WAS COOKING WITH HIS INTERVIEWS. PEOPLE WERE WONDERING HOW HE WAS GETTING IN WITH THE PLAYERS AND COACHES. HE IS LEGIT
No insider has iron clad info with a staff that’s 2 days old. Guys with mics shouldn’t equate to automatic belief.

Yeah, you're reading into this the wrong way.

He's saying come be a part of DBU.
Maybe to shepherd nil for the rest of the sports
