People forget that Trev Faulk was a very good linebacker he just shouldn't have gone pro when he did. He and Bradie James were fun to watch in '01 could've been better in '02.
Until Devin White he was my favorite linebacker to watch in an LSU uniform.

Devin White, Bradie James, Deion Jones, and Kwon Alexander have had better NFL Careers. Patrick Queen is on pace for a better NFL career. I definitely agree Perry Riley was underrated mainly because he was really playing during the bad years 08 & 09 but he was very good. But lets not get carried away and say completely outlandish comments about him having the best NFL career. He was solid but thats way too far.

Bradie James set a Dallas Cowboys' all-time record by leading the defense in tackles 6 straight seasons and should have made a few Pro Bowls.

I always thought that Devin White was a little overrated. He was the greatest physical specimen we’ve ever had at mlb but never seemed like a natural at the position. All White had to do was touch a ball carrier and he was down. He made some of the most violent tackles.
I think LSU’s GOAT LB is Michael Brooks. There are a handful of guys after that. Kwon Alexander was a natural. Brady James and Eric Hill were great, too.

Years ago, I heard Daryl (Moose) Johnston on a radio interview asked who the toughest defensive player he faced in his career. The first guy he mentioned was Eric Hill.
He said they played the Cardinals twice a year, and every time he had a lead block up the middle for Emmitt Smith, he was met by Eric Hill, and it was like running into a brick wall.

How has Kelvin Sheppard not gotten more posts? Dude was the engine of one of our greatest ever defenses in 2010. Outside of maybe White, James, and Minter, he was better than anyone else mentioned.
