McShay's show is pretty oriented around draft stock, but still really relevant for us now. He's been pretty high on Nuss for a bit but he is absolutely jazzed with him after this game

A lot of talk here about all the presnap stuff, really interesting

Starts around 27 minutes

Full steam ahead now for #18.

Orlovskey said he’s easily the best QB in the country this morning.

I recognize a lot of people never have but
I love the draft and have been watching his show since he kicked it off. He’s a lot better when he’s unshackled from ESPN.

It sure seem like Burrow had the best mental game that I could remember.

I don’t know about the best mental game since Andrew Luck…

But arguably his best asset is his anticipation. He gets the ball out extremely fast and throws to his spot before the receiver even breaks his route and turns around. Extremely high football IQ to do that and be as efficient and accurate as he is. His pre-snap reads are excellent and he gets through his progressions extremely quick. And the trust in his receiver to be there. Everyone on the same page. It’s awesome to watch.

I like how all the talking heads have just forgotten about Joe Burrow

Yeah, Burrow was on another level mentally/instinctually. Nuss did play a smart game the other night though. I can only recall only 1-2 questionable decisions. Hopefully that continues because he has all of the arm talent.

It looked like he called the play at the line of scrimmage, or audibled into something new on every single play.

I know people were disappointed we weren't going deep on every play, but Nussmeier was in total control of the offense, was calm, never looked rattled and the few bad throws he had were under pressure and low. I didn't see him sail the ball once. Klubnick did it multiple times, once was an interception and another, had it been a decent throw, would have been another pick.

Just be Nuss and play your game

He wasn’t sharp on some of the short/intermediate throws but played mistake free.

Look forward to seeing the season progression

He could’ve bought into the QB battle and tried to force things but he took what was given, made a few off schedule plays and just executed the plan. Very good, understated performance Saturday.

Oh man, what a breath of fresh air that was. Much better than the horizontal handoff to Jackson type silliness we saw last year.

Wow- quite the complements to Nuss and the whole team! That was some very heady praise.

I'm a fan of Nussmeier, but if Orlavsky is high on him....he's fricked.
