Wrong. I never expected Kansas or Stanford to keep games close this weekend, but one pulled off an unexpected upset.

Washington still has to play Washington St, USC @ USC, Oregon St @ Oregon St, and Utah. Then they have to win a likely rematch with Oregon. Oregon still has to play Arizona St @ Arizona St, who loves trying to upset teams (and the HC is the former OC of Oregon), USC, and rival Oregon St.

The fact that people think USC will just lie down and not beat a couple of these teams, is hilarious. I assure you, they will get either one or both of Oregon and Washington.

I got a feeling both will lose again before the season end.

I think we’re in.

Loser of Michigan/OSU with 1 loss and a close game gets in over us no question. We need 2007 type magic. Likely even more unbelievable type stuff.

Yep

The team lost control of their destiny with the OM loss.

they aren’t putting 2 Big 10 teams in over the SEC champion short of a 4 loss team knocking freak winner

Washington will not win out. They have USC, Utah, and Oregon State remaining.

Their last two games have been less than impressive. It should eventually catch up to them.

LSU will miss the playoffs because Jordan Travis & Keon Coleman along with Ole Miss went in dry on our defense.

This...Even with one loss, if you won out and beat Georgia, there's no way they would keep us out with everyone ahead going down. But all you needed was one stop and couldn't get it. If we were to win out this season, I think this would bother Kelly the most knowing that he was a defense away from playing for a natty. I think big changes on staff are coming after this season.

Let's worry about the rest of our schedule first.

There are four playoff spots. Assuming LSU wins the SEC, they only need to be ahead of one of the other four P5 champs. At this point, the Oklahoma loss has probably opened the door.

It certainly would have helped for Stunford to pull the upset, but it in no way eliminated LSU.

Exactly. There's no way the Big 12 will allow Texas or Oklahoma to win that conference, right before they screw them and depart for the SEC.

We will be left out of the playoffs unless we win the SECC b/c people have seen our defense play week after week.
