Nothing screams "Make up horror stories about your trip to Tiger stadium" quite like being able to quote the LSU President essentially begging fans not to murder opposing fans...

I am not going to tell people what to do. However, the LSU game day experience has deteriorated over the years due to fan behavior. President Alexander is not the first to try to get fan behavior under control, even if it is a minority. But when 17,000 students are turning every song the band can play into well, profanity, LSU Administrators quickly ban the song. You all think King Alexander is acting without the backing of the LSU BOS. Just go back to this article from 2013 and listen to the frustration of the Band members and LSU players themselves. L. Barrow is quoted in the article.
Tiger Rag, one of my favorite songs was banned a long long time ago. The other day when I was watching Clemson-UNC and there band played it, it really made me miss the song. And the sad thing about it is that the Song was and is a standard New Orleans Jazz or swing classic and originated in our state.
So again, I am not telling anyone how to behave, but there are consequences to behavior and eventually what will LSU be able to play, Disney Music???
