Just saw that Garner was going to the East-West Shrine game so that's a de facto declaration for the draft, correct?

ETA: Holstege was a starter this season. Lewis had 143 yards on the season so he was a non-factor. Bilodeau sat out the year.

Can someone on 2nd transfer still play without sitting out a season?
I can’t remember if they updated rules to just allow one transfer without sitting out (for non-graduate transfers).
If they are going to keep opening portal before Bowl games they need to stop letting bowl games affect redshirting.
