Even more ridiculous, Pat Perez has to serve a 1 year ban (for Champions Tour) for simply being on the LIV Golf broadcast.

He’s lucky it wasn’t a lifetime ban IMO. I think the players that left for LIV knew a lot of the consequences when they left.

Of course they did and of course he did.

And Perez didn't simply broadcast for LIV League, he was one of the first PGA players to leave for LIV, he disparaged the PGA Tour when he left, and he sued the Tour.

But imagine even caring that Perez has to serve some sort of a suspension before he can try to play on the Champions Tour. No golf fan is yearning to see Pat Perez return to competitive golf. Perez isn't a "has been," he's a "never was."

If Oregon doesn't want to win the game, they should just save us all the time and forfeit. This is ridiculous.
He was a stumbling drunk in his last stint as an assistant at Maryland, before he was fired. And it's hard for a black coach to be fired at Maryland.

Hilarious. What on earth is this pussy “patriot” going to do? Tweet you to death while he grifts for more funding from gullible conservative funders?

Flynn is a fraud, plain and simple, and anyone dumb enough to fall for his “tough guy” rhetoric or fund it deserves what they get in return, which is nothing.

Not all real legitimate and qualified coaches are a personality that the media and podcast communities like to talk to.

Agree. But he's a buffoon. He's a great guest not because he's a great coach. He's a great guest because he's a circus clown. Clicks and likes and content... He's using them and they enjoy using him.

He can have his agents doing exactly what you said, interviewing with teams and also be sitting down to have a podcast interview in the time between.

Agree. And he has an agent working for him - has for some time. And yet, here he sits in mid-December. The coach who created the "greatest college football team of all time" is begging for attention on "Bussin' With the Boys."

quote:

In the last month he's been rumored to have been in consideration for the Oreg St, Ark, and Tulane hc positions, as well as the LSU DL and now FL DL positions.

Rumored. Your word, not mine. So, you have no idea how agents use the media and social media. Got it.

As long as he's not allowed back on the LSU campus, I wish him well. Because for a quality coach and leader like Orgeron, somewhere out there in the football world exists his "dream job." And who among us wouldn't want a man of Orgeron's character and integrity to find and chase his one, true dream. Godspeed to him.

quote:

Coach O should be interviewing for HC jobs but he’d rather do a podcast

I know what you're saying, and I agree.

But he is interviewing... since September he's been on a national tour of any media/web outlets that will have him openly begging for a job with some school, hell any school. They are all his "dream jobs," as we know.

A real, legitimate and qualified coach simply hires an agent who puts out feelers into the college and pro coaching communities. Interest is created, followed by interviews, and then offers as the season plays out and coaching openings surface.

Orgeron is not a real, legitimate and qualified coach. He's a 64-year-old grifter and con man. He'll say anything to anyone and stab everyone in the back to get what he wants. That's his resume and his life.

I was at that game. Dad and I walked on the field to his car afterwards. What a memory I’ll never forget.

First Tiger Stadium game for me. I remember the crowd, the noise, the blowout score, and Archie's broken arm.

And just like you, I remember my mother and dad walking down onto the field to get to the other side of the stadium where we parked. I kept trying to pull away from my mom while we were walking on the field. I wanted to cross the goal line and "score a touchdown."

Parents are long gone now. But what a nice memory. .

Imagine thinking that Bryson's golfing videos aren't curated. His solo rounds certainly are.
And the reporter did walk into the press conference. And pose questions to Kiffin.

And nothing happened.

Kiffin is such a tough guy... sure he is. LOL

I'm sure most Ole Miss fans would prefer not lose Kiffin, but O is their used toilet paper. I doubt any care where he goes.

It's sad to see how many LSU fans want this talentless, lying grifter back near the stadium much less on staff.

I played for Bob Morgan in Lafayette in the mid 70’s. Rode in that very same Red VW van. I remember a Coach Louie being my favorite coach.

Or he seems like a person who skillfully exploited the new business side of college football. Stay eligible for as long as possible and make as much money as possible as opposed to rushing toward the NFL where his career will likely come to an end with a quickness.

This.

Once he was elected to the governor's office he IMMEDIATELY began to plot his next move as a candidate for senate or the president. He's a smart man and could have been a transformational governor, but he treated the governor job as a stepping stone, as opposed to a four-year commitment.
