Didn’t Auburn get Cam for the same price? We suck at cheating.

All these dumbasses on social media think we paid players on the team. He wasn’t even on the team when this happened

Thank you Rohan Davey. What's the deal with Rohan on this?

100% absolutely nothing. Rohan had NOTHING to do with his mother and sister getting payments over a decade after he left LSU.

I was neighbors with Rohan in college. Dude drove a beat up piece of shite Crown Vic. If he was getting paid he did a good job of hiding it.

Still can't believe how stupid he was doing this. Guess it is all about him and getting attention.

Im sure you havent fully thought through the whole process of permanently banning former players like odell from the program. I guess its a good idea if you dont want anymore donations from them. But id rather maintain relationships with alumni, especially those with money and fame like odell. Lot of recruits also look up to those guys too

8 picks is not earth shattering but it matters. I think this will be a minor issue but it will hurt to the degree that we miss on recruit choices.

Having fewer picks clearly puts pressure on O to land quality impact players.

If he can convince guys to stick around for their junior and senior seasons, it will lessen the impact but we all know how hard that is.

What? No, his crime was embezzling $810k. Also stealing gift cards intended for cancer patients.

Lastly, we are going to let the NCAA throw us into that briar patch.

To be clear, I don’t think LSU is at fault for the OLOL situation (the guy is in jail) or for Beckham being Beckham. But LSU opened this door by putting all their marbles in on Wade.

In a vacuum, the OBJ stunt is relatively innocuous. This has always been about Wade and LSU’s decision to retain & trust in him despite the smoke. If he’s proven guilty, the AD will appear enabling at best... complicit at worst.

Not fair to football at all — but Wade has been blatantly stubborn, and it seems they’ve done nothing to distance or protect themselves. We could have played this cautiously & bit the bullet short term by suspending Wade (with pay) pending the results of the FBI’s investigation.

According to Guilbeau: LSU reported it once they found out, even though LSU had nothing to do with it but the NCAA holds LSU responsible anytime a rogue booster does something like this that you can't police.

At that time, LSU arranged for offensive lineman Vadal Alexander's father James Alexander of Buford, Georgia, to receive $180,000 for a no-show job.

The Vadel Alexander thing seems more of a criminal thing a players parent happens to be involved in than your usual bag man scenario. He was a good player for us not 130k good.

Not how we are self imposing ourselves. We will have an 81 man roster the next two years instead of an 85 man roster. We will still be able to sign 25 players each year. We will process some dead weight at the bottom of the depth chart, unless the NCAA adds more sanctions.

LSU needs to accept the bowl ban this season
Most bowls most likely won't have a game
