Are we limited to 21 recruited each year or do we have to stay 8 under 85 each year. Or 8 total across the two years?

That OBJ stuff was just a bunch of drunken foolishness going on during the celebration. It was a joke. If players are seriously being paid, it is not happening on the football field with a nationally televised audience. The players were in full uniform. What did they do with the money, stuff it in their jock straps? That should have been treated like the joke that it was.

Assuming the NCAA accepts the self-imposed penalty, this is basically no penalty, beyond a PR hit.
We won't be near the 85 the next few years anyway, and this all mostly predated Orgeron.
There will be a lot of crying from negative people who only read headlines, but this is nothing.
