As far as Miami, he was handcuffed. That coach is a moron of a leader and has proven he will snatch defeat from the jaws of victory when able.
He was pulling guys to Miami out of our state. This will boost whats left of recruiting

Analysts can now coach in practice and on the field on game days. He’s a good defensive coach so this only helps us.

Didn’t Saban have a history of taking coaches with a checkered past and putting them on staff to use them and rehab their career
