Girls from Brusly High ran the concessions under my section for a while and did a great job.
I stopped buying from concessions when they went to Aramark.

You’re absolutely correct, but OP is also correct that Aramark sucks dick compared to the church groups that used to do this. I have ranted on this topic as well - most recently when Aramark double charged my credit card for a purchase at a football game and denied it when I called them out on it.

Let restaurants come in and serve. The mark up is high due to the tiger stadium cut but I'll sling hooters wings or apps there

I thought LSU is guaranteed some lump sum payment and Aramark gets most of anything above that number. So Aramark is now squeezing to make the lump sum payment back and their profit. Fans have no other option so they have no reason to give a shite.

Had Several friends works for LSU sports properties. They had all sorts of duties. Well they would go through the football stadium and see these huge bags of popcorn. They would just dump it in the warmer after holding on to it for several years.

I'm so poor and the prices are so high, I sneak these in to the Baseball games. Seriously. In ziplock bags in my "Dad" Cargo shorts.
They're $1.99 at the Circle K down the street and the bag is bigger.

City Pork did have a Nacho stand under the main concourse at Alex Box for one season. It was awesome. They had different types of meat and a good queso sauce instead of that generic cheese. I think it was the year before Covid. They had city pork upstairs and burgersmith downstairs.

They do this in the club seat areas. Why not offer it in the South endzone concession area as a test run?
