Yeah you're likely at 48 (i'm counting Holman*) prior to the season.

We know of at least 1 incoming freshman who won't be medically cleared (Lape) and one JUCO transfer who seems to be staying at Juco (Reaves).

I don't want to name any names or drag any guys, but looking at summer league stats and 2023 production I can see 2-3 guys not returning. Then you can always count on at least 1 injury in the fall/spring that puts a guy out for the year.

That's brings you down to 42 right there. Then there's the question of red shirts, how far along are the injured guys from 2023 (Noot, Shores), etc.

Will be much easier than last year tbh, especially with a hard 40 and the 5th year guys not counting as a 35 + separate 5.

Tenn. lost their SS at the last moment apparently.

So 3 from last year and 1 for this year didn't sign out the first 10 rounds. For the people that argue with NIL or anything else when some of us say that the 1st 10 rounds are basically a done deal if any of our guys get drafted......that is why.

I haven't seen anything on that but I wouldn't be surprised of that happening at all. The timeline of his injury would probably put him best case scenario end of SEC play or SEC tourney. Don't think you want to run him out there at that point of the season. Just have him ready for 2025.
