I think the Celtics are about to find out that Tatum is a bit overrated as well. He’s the better between the two, but he wasn’t nearly aggressive enough at going to the basket BEFORE the Achilles, now he’s going to be less so.

I heard about this a few weeks ago. Marvel isn’t killing a child.
All of that can be true, and it’s still an awful return. I agree that his contract is abysmal, and he’s overrated, but he’s worth more than Paul George and 2 first round picks lol

This can’t be the best package they could have gotten. To a freaking division rival no less.
They’re taking a page out of the Rams handbook

The current NBA salary cap blows my mind. I remember when the big 3 in Miami all made in the 20’s annually and that was a big deal cause people said they wouldn’t be able to fill out the roster
Like how does Boston have any money at all to spend with both the Tatum and Brown deals on the books?

Yep, and Rhaenys told her HER ENTIRE LIFE what would happen.

I don’t see how anyone can watch Rhaenyra crying and snotting her way through the execution, having to get her hands dirty for the first time, and think “girl boss”
I think they did it a great job of illustrating that she’s in way over her head. The one thing she thinks she’s owed and she didn’t do it with a level of convincing ownership. She even looked uncomfortable sitting on the throne.

I don’t see how you think Otto was a bargaining chip? For what? Maybe for Allicent, but Rhaenyra already got what she needed from her. Aegon and Aemond aren’t relinquishing power because they hold Otto

Yeah I was definitely thinking “damn that’s a nice blue dress” as she was walking through a sea of people wearing brown potato sacks.

It was a great scene for sure. I’m sure we’ll see the fallout of Rhaenyra’s weakness in that moment.
She’s never done anything herself. She’s spoiled. She can’t defend the crown, let alone herself. She doesn’t have the gumption for true ruler ship.
She was the rightful heir, but anyone that didn’t believe a woman could rule was vindicated in that moment.

He looks more like Arthur Curry

Did Allicent not know that Otto was in the black cells?

I don't think Lamelo is a winning basketball player.
Agreed. This might be the worst chemistry fit in the league. LaMelo is the classic high stat guy on a bad team. He won’t take kindly to being Robin to Ant’s Batman. Honestly Naz on the hornets is a better fit than this basketball wise.
Yeah this isn’t a good fit at all. Reid is also a super valuable role piece for Minny. I don’t get this move at all.

Maybe don’t remake 10-year-old movies?
This. Wayyyyy too soon to do this. Give me Moana 3 before this. Hell, give me live action Frozen before this.
With that said, Disney should stick to animation. Who is this movie for?
Jaylen for Giannis also didn’t make any sense for Milwaukee.
Jaylen is good, no doubt, but his contract is atrocious and he’s a downgrade from Giannis.
At least with the Miami package they have some flexibility and cheap talent.

I’m going to miss him the most. I also think Kasparas is going to be a good player.
Herro is maxed out and is going to be looking for a big contract, the Heat had to get rid of him.
I’m just glad Riley finally took a swing. The Heat have been on that 8/9 bubble for like 6 years.
The team was destined to do that again next year without a move like this. Losing the depth hurts, but Riley and Spoelstra also good at finding diamonds in the rough.

The Miami Heat don’t want to gut their roster and draft capital for Giannis
Riley is too focused on being average. He said after they picked Beasley #2 overall that they’d never be in that slot again, and he’s been correct, but they’ve also been in mid-tier limbo for too many years and this kind of thinking will keep them there. The roster is extremely replaceable. Very annoying as a heat fan.
