Nuss has had several chances to run with an open field in front of him. If he would just get that part of the game in his head this offense would be hard to stop.

Coming into this season, LSU had two instances in which a QB attempted 50 or more passes in a game. Nuss may do it for the third time this season tonight. With this running game, it's hard to win games and kill clock.
You can run clock when throwing the ball.

We're ok now but you can't keep wasting scoring opportunities. They're literally a drive away from making this a game. Can't keep putting it all on the defense. I'm happy they're playing well but it goes back to having that killer instinct and putting teams away when you have the chance. But that plays with coaching as well. Sloan needs to do a better job with playcalling in the middle of the field and receivers gotta make these catches. Not to mention two missed field goals. Gotta reel this in and stay focused.

Yep. It’s my only complaint about Nuss. He is zero running threat to a defense.

I’m not a Ramos basher but it is painfully obvious he cannot kick beyond 45. It’s ridiculous that we set it up for him to kick from nearly 50 twice.
