I am hoping Grace learned something from the situation and will play against both Tennessee and at State on Sunday.

Am an LSUWBB fan. Coach Yo is a very good head coach and her program deserves better than the fan support she gets.

Note: I think Coach Yo's husband is a pastor in Oxford so she might never leave there.

I had to laugh when I saw all the LSU fans with Lane Kiffin face fans at the game Thursday night.

BAD mistakes.

Schools are ALREADY scaling back. Many schools do not give the $20.5 million in revenue sharing. They allocate a much smaller number or nothing at all. Schools are dropping certain sports. This process of cutting back will speed up.

My GUESS is Kim Mulkey might coach to age 70 IF her health holds.

Kim's teams don't do much choking, IMO. Had Flau Jae made those two FT's in the last minute, I believe we would have still lost.

Note: had we both (Carolina and LSU) shot our season average of FT's, LSU would probably have won. It wasn't just those two last minute misses that cost us. Going into that game, LSU was third best FT shooting team in the SEC and Carolina was 8th best. They shot over their average and we shot way under our average.

Staley is an awesome coach. BUT, in that semifinal game versus Iowa in 2023, she was stubborn and played her same D straight up on Clark. She later said, about that game, her stubbornness cost her team in that game. She almost retired then, she says, because she was so upset at herself.

The SEC in WBB now has the two most tough teams/programs in college WBB: Carolina and Texas. Because we are talented and well-coached/respected, both Carolina and Texas are gonna give us their best games. It will be that way for as long as Dawn and Vic are coaching there.

Could be a better test for our team than Milwaukee was. one caveat: I do not know what their pitching will be like playing games 4 days in a row.
