I hate when kids transfer right before the season starts. What an incredibly selfish thing to do. You guys will be fine, I just can't stand this type of thing.

I wish him luck. I hope he finds whatever it is he's looking for.

Why do I fear this season is heading south fast ?

Why? It's pretty obvious he saw the writing on the wall. Not like we're losing someone who was about to contribute a great deal this year.

Sure he was.

You think they installed a set of plays for him to read on the bench?

Don't be dumb. He was going to be used in a 2007 Ryan Perrilloux type role.

I agree with the poster above. Who knows what is being told and promised to these guys in high school to get them to commit.

I hate to see him go, but when everyone says he isn't being loyal, imagine if you were thinking you'd have a shot to play this year then the school goes out and gets a transfer QB that will have 2 years to play. Then everything people have been posting is that LN has looked better than MB this spring and when the coaches list the pecking order they put LN at 4th. If he was my relative it would be hard to tell him to suck it up and keep fighting when a transfer came in that has 2 years and the other guy who is in your class is listed 2nd. When you only have 4 years to play, you may have to move to get a shot. Sucks though.

Did you forget the part about them having 5 championships in the past 9 years, as well as the best college FB HC ever?

Hell they just brought in Kobe Bryant to talk to the team. The best Orgeron could probably do is Kwame Brown.

I have little sympathy for Narcisse here. He has to do what he has to do, but let’s not act like he’s not getting a fair shake here.

Having him run some plays in practice ain't the same as putting him in the game. Russell Shepard probably did more than just running around the edge in practice. If he was battling for 3rd string he wasn't getting 5-10 plays a game.

Lowell had a serious injury that we really do not know how well he has healed. He may be very susceptable to further damage???
JC will give him some needed experience and will be the best route for him to have a shot at furthering his football career.
Just a guess...football is a bigger priority than his education???
Good luck, Lowell.

Had Narcisse stayed Brennan would have redshirted and not played barring an injury to Burrow. Brennan isn't ready to take snaps in the SEC.

Again, don't be dumb.

Can't blame him. He sat his last 2 years of HS, sat last year, and wasn't going to start this year. The kid wants to play.

Could be he realized the guys above him are better suited for what the coaches want. It’s better to go somewhere and start rather than only being a situation guy at LSU
