Essentially a Will Wade type persona that would instantly inject enthusiasm into the program
A guy that can tuck it and run for 6 or 7 on third downs here or there would go a long way
Tied at half on the road against the #11 team in the country
That's a recruiting department thing and the players are all picking up on it.

They both have a transfer rating of 91. But go actually watch the highlights of each player this season and tell me you think CJ Daniels is in any way a better player.

Just goes to show how little these rankings matter

DWomack in his last 2 seasons played at LSU - 23 tackles 2.5 sacks (247 portal ranking 90)

JButler in his last 2 seasons played at Nebraska - 56 tackles 7.5 sacks (247 portal ranking 88)

65 tackles total in 3 years?
Freakish would be 65 in a season

Yeah, so very similar stats to that of BSwinson heading into his Senior season this year.

Rated the 39th best interior offensive lineman in the portal…

No idea which site you're using, but he's rated the 35th overall player in the portal according to 247. And that's a few spots higher than the C from VaTech everyone was drooling over yesterday.

He’s absolutely like Thomas. He’s a return specialist who’s a ball-in-hands playmaker.

Oh so him being Kentucky's return specialist makes him similar to ZThomas?
NFL scouts seem to disagree with you. You wont find ZThomas on any NFL radars and BBrown is all over them.
I like ZThomas as much as the next guy, but these are two different players entirely. Brown has a good three inches on Thomas, to go along with elite speed, and coming into this past season was listed as a Top 10 WR in college football by Phil Steele. He's widely projected as a day 2 player and a full season with Nussmeier will likely only help that projection.
Whatever he decides, it has to be real soon. We'll want to know asap to get our ducks in a row in the portal.

He’s not very good.

Some of y'all are ridiculous. He's had back to back season-ending injuries, and this was his first serious game action since he came here from OSU. We give up 155 total passing yards, no TDs and a pick, and he's not very good based on this one game?

re: Hunt Palmer says we are the 6th…

A lot of Baton Rouge media is still shellshocked from last year's team. Especially Hunt, who if you listen to him long enough, he's known to be pretty negative towards us. But I dont know how you have a 12-team playoff and we're ranked pre-season #13 and that equates to 'probably not making it'.
Kyle Parker is the best young WR on this team. 2025 will be his breakout year. Sampson just needs to focus on catching the ball at the very least in mop-up duty this year
He’ll play very sparingly again this year. We’re two deep 3WR looks and he’s not in it. And that’s before the freshman class of WRs show up

Might have been the 4th or 5th person to post on Twitter about it and somehow this information was his
Being mentioned as the benchmark is what I take away from that statement
And BK likes doing this kind of stuff to find out where any potential leaks come from.

re: How did OU out recruit us?

Doesnt OU have like three QBs committed in this class? That should put it in a little better context since obviously all three will be behind JArnold for quite awhile
